In good original condition and retaining their fine warm colour and patina.
Each chair has a finely carved oval back incorporating a scrolled pediment and acanthus carving above a waisted lower back, also featuring scrolls. The solid well-figured oval seats supported on shaped ring-turned splayed front legs and faceted rear legs joined by a typical Gillows ring-turned stretcher.
