Pair of Bronze Floor Standing Caldelabri in the Manner of Thomas Hope

Excellent colour, patination and finely chased detail.

The slightly recessed top with egg and dart gadrooned border and fluted bowl shaped foot leading to two ring turnings centred by a chased acanthus leaf ring.   These cap a tapered and fluted column issuing from a cluster of stylised palm leaves above three acanthus leaf draped monopodiae with claw feet on a triform plinth terminating in half bun feet.
