A RARE ITALIAN WALNUT TWO DRAWER COMMODE

Veneto Circa 1720

 Exceptional colour and patina.

Measurements:

 Width 54 ½” (138.5 cm) Depth 21 ½” (54.5cm) Height 35 ¼” (89.5cm)

The rectangular top with moulded edge above two drawers of shallow inverted breakfront form with an elongated carved apron centred by a stylised shell motif.

The whole supported on four substantial acanthus carved short legs terminating in animal feet.
