A Pair of George II Walnut Stools

Height of one: 45.5cm; width 53cm; depth 43.5
Height of the other: 44.5cm; width 55cm; depth 45cm.
Each chair is covered in wool-work of varying design but likely to have been created by a lady of the house. One chair has been re-railed, possibly when upholstered by Samuel Bolus of Worcester, see inscription on the contemporary under-cloth.
