GEORGE II BURR WALNUT AND WALNUT GAMES TABLE

Circa 1735

Good colour and patina.

The shaped hinged top with projecting ears enclosing a baize lined playing surface with circular dished angles interspersed with four sunken counter wells, above one short frieze drawer, with a shaped scallop shell and shaped and acanthus carved apron below, on rocaille headed and scallop shell clasped cabriole legs, terminating in ball and claw feet.
